construction features
Carcasses
The motor housings are made of die-cast aluminum alloy. All carcasses are sandblasted and subjected to chemical treatment that delays environmental oxidation.
Crankshaft
The shafts are built in C45 steel according to unified standards. For particular applications it is possible to supply them in steel with different mechanical characteristics and according to the customer’s design.
Bearings
The bearings we use are built by leading companies in the sector and are specially manufactured for electric motors, they are pre-lubricated with lithium grease and axially preloaded by means of compensation rings in hardened steel. On request we can supply lubricating bearings with special grease for high temperatures.
